At the heart of Shopflow are the individual work orders created for each instrument. With these, you can record Customer info, create and track individual Tasks and assign them to your employees. You can add parts and notes, sketch on schematic "Maps," create customized playability specs or select them from the Setup Library. You can enter and track due dates and send automatic notifications.

Shopflow makes it easy to record incoming, target and outgoing Setup. You end up with a searchable timeline of your customer's visits with before and after string set type, action and tuning. You can add favorites to your own library and access the those of some iconic players in the global list.
Questions like, "Can you set it up like you did my Strat last year?" and "When did we refret this?" can now be answered as well as "Do you have the setup for Joe Bonamassa?" ...by the way, yes!
